I need MLS access or at least a updated list of recent cash buyers for my wholesale deals. In return I'll hand over deals that dont fit my criteria for wholesaling!

i have property under contract but need to get the property in front of CASH buyers. I'm already using CRAIGSLIST so I would like to try something else.
