Selling a wholesale property to a conventional buyer
I have a home under contract that needs roughly 15-20k in work to be "retail". I got a call from a guy who is a contractor wanting to buy it. He then mentions that he is pre approved for up to 150k and wants to know if that would be a deal breaker. We have only sold to cash buyers in the past and that's how this home is advertised as well. I imagine with the work that it needs that it would be a no go correct? Home needs paint, carpet, and kitchen/bath updated. Structurally sound however.
