Special Warranty Deeds vs General Deeds

Hi BP colleagues, 

I purchased a property in Florida in Daytona Beach to be specific.  I received the deed a few days ago, I noticed that it says Special Warranty Deed,  can anyone tell me what is the difference between Special Warranty Deed and General Deed.
