hey Bp. I’m finishing up the audiobook on managing rental properties by heather & brandon turner. I wanted to know what are some of the question you ask when you’re calling a previous landlord to verify the tenant. I do my 1st rental application verification monday. I just want to hear some of the different answers thanks bp

hey Bp so Im going in be closing on first house hack in a couple weeks. its a duplex with one side already rented out. tenant been there 3 years and on month to month lease but still wants to stay.. according to seller. my question is how do I inform the tenant that I will be buying house and where to send payment too?? i will do my own property managent under my property management llc . also should I make the tenants sign a new lease?? thanks bp

@Wayne Brooks 680 credit score thanks for the info i thought it was 650. do you a ball park range on the max DTI they can have?

hello BP. So I ran into a situation. So I'm working on 1st flip. I bought a hud house that was on market for Almost a year. anyway it's almost 2 weeks til its done. I have a written offer for $1000 about the price I was going to list at. anyways the buyer is getting a fha loan so the lender said we had to wait 90 days because of the FHA flipping rule. I read about it on hud. I wanted to know anyway around this 90 day resale rule? the buyer is having a baby in august and wants a house before the baby due.. thanks in advanced
