Hello biggerpockets friends. I am in the market for an owner financed home in the Houston area, preferably in the south/southeast area. If any of our members have advice, know anyone that deals in this area with owner financing or can lead me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it. Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this. Thanks in advance for any help.

@Alan Vieyra we are looking in the League City area. Possibly Alvin to Dickinson area as well. We are planning to start out wholesaling with hopes of Buy and Hold in the future. She wants to establish some rental properties as do I. We are so new to this all but we are determined to make it happen and look forward to accomplishing out plan. Education is key from what I have seen so far so I am soaking it all up like a sponge!
