Talked to someone today when I was in town about this situation and they told me that if I could get one of the heirs to sell me there part I could force a sale! Does anyone know if that is correct? Thanks

I found a small piece of property talked to one of the 4 owners (heirs) he said he was willing to sell but there maybe one heir that won't! What are my options on this? The property is in Louisiana. Thanks

I am talking to someone about purchasing their lot but we are about 250 miles apart my question is how to process the sale so both buyer and seller are satisfied? Do you have to hire an escrow agent or maybe have the sellers relative that lives in town get her notarized cash deed and get the cashiers check at the same time sorry I am new at this part any help would be appreciated.

Saw this on a post about tax liens in Lousiana?

"In addition, after the tax sale, the Tax Purchaser must provide an additional written notice, to all of the Notice Parties, of the fact that the property has been sold to him or her at the tax sale."

Does the winner of a certain property have to send notice? Thanks
