Thanks Mark! I've lived on the East Coast my whole life, so I'm excited to try something different and I've heard great things about the area. I'll be working at Epic over in Verona.

Hello Everyone,

My name is William Prickett, I recently graduated from Johns Hopkins, and will be moving out to Madison in the next couple months to start a full-time job. I have several friends who have invested in rental properties and speaking to them got me very interested in real-estate as an investment vehicle. I enjoy houses in general, and of course I'm attracted by the returns! My ultimate goal is to create a passive income stream large enough to cover my expenses and allow me the financial freedom to travel and experience lots of new things. From my limited investment education so far, I believe the best way to do that would be through a buy and hold strategy. I'm currently considering starting by buying a duplex/fourplex as an owner occupant, but I know I still have a lot to learn so that is definitely subject to change. I'm looking forward to speaking with the BiggerPockets community and learning from you all!
