Hi everyone.

I'm William Laurent, and I'm a new Real Estate Investor.  I have to say that this community is AMAZING, a lot of people, professional, beginners, are here and it's looks very useful.

I'm located in Miami, Florida.  I'm actually looking for different areas here in Florida where I can start making some deals.

I'm really interesting to know people, make great relations, help others people, learn from another people experience.  I'm very focused in my new career and business and I will able to do whatever it takes to learn and  become in a successful Real Estate Investor.

Any tips or suggestion I will really appreciate, thanks.

I would like to find an area here in New York or New Jersey, to do wholesale, do you have any information about good areas here for start?

Hi everyone. I'm William Laurent, and I'm a brand new Real Estate Investor. Which states or also cities do you recommend me for start with this business? Many people said that you should start where you live, but the fact is that I think if I'm going to do this seriously, I will do whatever it take to get the deals, and that include move to where the opportunities are. Because I'm new in this business I spent a lot of time reading and searching information on internet and books, honestly at this point I feel stuck it with too much information, and while I more search more find, and At the end I don't know where to start. I just know that I need ACTION, and I want it now. I live in Miami, but honestly I feel like here is not a good zone for start (maybe I'm wrong ) but there is a a lot of people and gurus here trying to do the same thing everywhere. Also I have too much time in Miami, and I would like to move to a new place and get new energies, and nothing better that take the opportunity focusing in my new business of Real Estate Investment. I was thinking in another state or cities like, New York, New Jersey, North or South Caroline, California. Any professional suggestion I will really appreciate it.
