Hi.

I'm a Wholesaler located in Miami, Florida and I'm having my own GOOD deals in the Florida State, specific in: Miami Dade County and Broward County. I have my  properties  under contract so you will negotiate directly with me without another party involved. 

I'm working now with Single Family Homes and small Multi Family Homes (up to 4 units). I would like to connect with Investors and Cash Buyers, who are interesting in this type of properties and in this locations.

Hi, I'm William Laurent, I'm a wholesaler located in Miami, Florida. I'm working in two deals, and I have a question. I would like to know if someone can help me with this please. I' working in a Co-Wholesale deal, And the subject property is listed on Zillow. if the property is already listed on Zillow the investor should go directly with the owner or agent who list the property right? Also if I sign an affidavit with the wholesaler, I don't have any spread to include my commission, because the property is listed on Zillow with the same price that the wholesaler is selling the property. What I should do in this case ? There is a thumb rule for wholesalers, that said we can work a deal that is already listed in Zillow ? How do we work as a wholesaler, with properties already listed in Zillow or MLS? Thanks so much, I Appreciate your knowledge, experience, and comments about it. Have a great day.

Hi everyone.

I'm William Laurent, and I'm a new member of BP and also a new REI. I just want congratulate the BiggerPockets Community for the excellent job they did creating the ULTIMATE BEGINNER'S GUIDE FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT. I just finished it and the content, information, guidance and tips are really helpfully.

I'm already 101% focus in starting my new carrier in Real Estate Business, and now I feel more confident and secure with the  knowledge that this guide provide me.

I still have a lot of information to learn, and I will do,  but I'll definitely high recommend to all new people starting in this business to take the time and read this guide.

It will be very helpfully for sure.

Got  it @Chris Mason thanks.  I'm focus now on create my team, and definitely it has to include a couple of good and friendly agents.  I'm doing my homework.
