Looking to build on a lot.  Currently has a structure in place but looking to build n apartment building in its footprint.  

This would be my first in this area of real estate.  Looking to find a knowledge partner for this Bronx property.

The balance for the land is not due until Aug. 2018.  To get the permits and have the property "shovel ready" is going to cost an additional 2 million.

What is the best way to invest in this property?  Should it be through private investors, hard money, bank?

Please let me know your thoughts on such a deal.  My preference is to finance the deal to build the property and generate the cash flow.  However, will anyone lend to finance everything?  The land alone is 8 million.
