Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a good tax accountant in the central NJ area that specializes in real estate?

Thank you!!!!

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if someone could suggest an insurance company I should go with for an HO6 Policy on my town home?  I live in Central New Jersey.

Thank you!

Thanks so much! and final question, would you suggest using an agent?  My fear is that I wont get it filled as fast as an agent would, and I also have a feeling higher quality people would search for places to rent through a agent.  However, the charge of one month rent is steep, but if they fill it a month faster than I could, its worth it.  The type of townhouse I got apparently rents quickly though.

Thanks! Do you do any screening before showing the property?  Do you show to anyone who requests to see it?

And just as a follow up to this ... what service should I use for screening, such as background checks and credit checks.

Hey everyone,  I am closing on my first property ever and I am unsure on how the process of getting a tenant works.  For example, what service should I use to collect applications?  Once I find the right tenant, do I just sign a standard lease agreement with them?  Should I ask for help from a lawyer during this process?

I am new to rentals and owning  property in general (I still live with my parents) so any advice on the beginning stages of getting a tenant will be super helpful!

Thank you!
