@Chase Louderback Thanks for your input it is greatly appreciated. I do live in Jersey right right next to NYC. Our rents here are pretty expensive, that is what got me into searching for ownership

How would you calculate a good deal on a multi-family property to house hack? Is it possible to get funding with an FHA loan for this type of purchase?

Hello everyone. I am new to BP. I am very eager to start investing in real estate. Wholesaling caught my attention, but seems to have bad rep. Is this true? Should I get a real estate license? I would like some input on how to start.
