I am looking for an REI group particularly in or around the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles. Unfortunately most of them are either closed or are closing. There are a couple of REI groups in Culver City and Palmdale, but my work hours do not allow me to attend. Please help!

Hello, I am new at wholesaling and I am wondering per your experience, what marketing strategy is working right now for you? I realize every market is different and people respond to different things, but if I could get a consensus of what is working I can plan my marketing strategy. Thank you to everyone in advance.

@Carolina E. thank you for your response, it was a bucket of cold water, I read the blog post you recommended and am reading "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to RE Investing" and realized I was approaching it the incorrect way. I probably sounded like a jerk, haha! I am just extremely motivated and excited to be successful. Thanks for your advice.

I am just starting out in real estate investing, I have tried to educate myself as much as I could, I have attended seminars and purchased books but I am the type of person that I learn by working on it and learning from someone that has experience. To this end, I am searching for an experienced Investor that I can work with and "hold my hand" sort to speak. I live in the San Fernando Valley aread of LA and would love to speak work closely with someone, if anyone is interested or willing please let me know.

Thanks,
