I new to BP myself and I'm starting to accumulate a buyers list in ATL. The information that I have received from BP has made my transition into wholesaling a lot more comfortable then I had thought it would be. Please help I have not a clue...

Not appear redundant, this site holds a wealth of information. If you put in the suggested time reading the various forums, and blogs, I'm sure you will agree that it was time well spent. Being a "newbie" myself, I'm still reading on a daily basis, several times a day. Good Luck!

I can tell you that information and resources contained in this site are second to none. Try to read everything you can within the different forums and utilize the search tool to find specifc information. I am new to REI as well, I am from NY so I guess that makes us neighbors. If you have questions I would glad to help you find the answer, if I don't know it myself.
