I decided to get into real estate investing around March 2017. I found Bigger Pockets while researching online how to get started. Boy has this site been a blessing. I started attending the weekly free webinars that Brandon hosts, watched the free tutorial for newbies that's on the site and bought two of Brandon's books (The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down and The Book on Managing Rental Properties). I hit the ground running, met a great realtor and went under contract for my first property in June! I'm buying and holding this property. It's in a great location, great condition and the numbers are all working out in my favor. I turned down a few properties due to the numbers just not working. I'm so excited about my new venture in real estate and can't wait for the day that I can do this and my other business only! Bigger Pockets has been such a blessing and especially want to thank Brandon Turner for all of his awesome advice! He's defintely my mentor!!!

Post: USPS Street Addressing VS UPS Mailbox Service

I've been doing research on the best options also for my LLC's address. I decided on the USPS street addressing option and purchased the box today. Like other's have stated, you use the Post Office's address and then your PO Box is the Unit #. I went with the smallest sized box and paid $64 for the year. This is the most economical and best option I've come across. UPS wanted $159 annually and the virtual online mailbox addresses want a monthly fee. Someone also mentioned the different online companies possibly going out of business. That's definitely something to think about.

I'm not too concerned with my tenants looking up the address. They can Google it all they want. I just needed the address because I do not want to use my home address for this business. It's okay for my other business but not this one.

Hope this helps!

Great question! I was wondering the same.

Very nice job! Thank you for sharing.
