@Greg Byers Hey Greg, which REIA did you attend? I have been searching for an official REIA in Atlanta. I have found a bunch but not sure which groups are legit and which are just trying to sell systems/education

@Randi Williams Welcome to BP, I am also an aspiring investor in the Atlanta area. I have been a BP member for a while but still working towards my first investment. Let me know if you find any good info or REI groups in the Atlanta area. Ill be sure to do the same.

Hey BP,

I have been researching investing in RE for a while. My current obstacle is coming up with money for a down payment. I have had my RE license for almost a year and decided that maybe I should become a part time agent to help build up my funds for a down payment. I am just starting out. Can anyone suggest a brokerage that would be good for a part time broker. Should I go with a big name like Keller Williams or find a small broker with less fees. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
