"
Good idea, Wendy. Does anyone belong to some reputable landlord or real
estate association, that could prepare and send something formal? Or,
is Bigger Pockets (the company) well known enough to prepare something?
:) "

Sorry, I do not know anyone. Hoping someone will stand up for all landlords. I will follow whoever does.

My tenant already told me that they cannot pay the rent. They have not paid the April rent yet. I am personally own this house and pay the mortgages, high property tax, and insurance, etc. the monthly rent just covered by my payment. Without rent income, I am going to break. What can I do?

looks like the Equity Trust had very bad reviews ./_\.

Equity Trust

will check it out.

I had invested a house using my self-direct IRA in Taxes before and it worked well. The firm who handled the IRA had meeting and workshop etc. every week.

After moved to new York, I did not find any proper firm to handle self-direct IRA. Would like to know if anyone can recommend one.

Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much Dave Anstatt.

Which side of Harrison is good? south 280 (near train station) or north 280?

Also, I have thought about Newark since it can get cheaper price, but I more concern about good tenants. Please advise.

Thanks.

Thank you in advance.
