Yes i do work with JV agreements with my present financial partners. I understand that you are tied up at the moment, but I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon, I am sure we will be able to work together when you are ready. We have a great operation and work very well with our JV partners.

( www.dandkinteriordesign.com ) - all of them had their funds with Equity Trust or Sterling - I do know that you cannot get a list from these companies, but you can attend their meetings and meet potential lending partners there.

I am not opposed to some gary and ec potential rental deals if you have them please send them my way - but for fix and flips I am very careful to make good decisions - the goal is to sell and make a profit and I am interested in turning the funds i work with,,, so i will be sure that i don't get stuck..  but like i said, i may be interested in some gary deals  as long as they are priced right and are not burn outs or way out of sorts - lets put it this way - if it requires less than $15K to get rent ready then i am interested - any more than that and I would probably pass.
