@Sam Levine Thanks for your input. I will definitely check out Padmapper and find some comps. As for financing, I haven't spoken to a lender yet but will do so to get a more accurate idea of what rates will be for such a small loan.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to start my real estate investing journey and have been looking at Multi-Family properties in the areas around Cleveland, OH. I prefer something that needs little to no rehab to start out. If anyone can suggest areas in OH that has a great potential for positive cash flow would be appreciated. This particular property is located in Bedford, OH and is a duplex with 4 beds, 2 baths, 2 car garage. I used the BP Rental Property Calculator and posted the numbers below. Please note, I do not know the ARV and the numbers are on the conservative side. Would really appreciate everyone's experienced feedback. Thanks!

@Anthony Barbato Thanks for the insight. I'm also looking into the Orlando FL market. I've been doing some research and have seen Orlando as a great place to invest as the population growth and economic growth is projected to bring a nice return.

Hi BP,

I'm a newbie looking to start my real estate investing journey and still deciding on which markets would be best to begin. Currently, I'm looking into Utica, NY. Is this a good area to invest in? There seem to be some pretty good deals out there with multi-family units for under $100K. Having a bit of trouble finding current vacancy rates, economic growth, and property management companies out there. Would appreciate any knowledge or advice. Thanks in advance!
