Hello - I'm looking for banks in Massachusetts that will write commercial loans with seller financing. I've been striking out with most of the local banks. I'd be looking to put down 15% and have seller financing for 10-15% to cover the 70-75 % LTV.

Hello

New to real estate investment in Western Massachusetts. Our family has a fair amount of experience in real estate and we are looking to jump in feet first! My wife and I both have full time jobs at a local company and a 1 year old...no better time to make life more complicated! We are focused on long term investing and after a few polished up deals will be looking to employ BRRR. 5 year goal is 50 units and $50k cash flow.
