New Real Estate Investor in the 413

Hello

New to real estate investment in Western Massachusetts. Our family has a fair amount of experience in real estate and we are looking to jump in feet first! My wife and I both have full time jobs at a local company and a 1 year old...no better time to make life more complicated! We are focused on long term investing and after a few polished up deals will be looking to employ BRRR. 5 year goal is 50 units and $50k cash flow.
