you're a success in the making at least you took action and you learned a few things in the process you didn't back down your confidence should be at an all time high and feel good about yourself cause your next deal you get under contract it's a win win God speed

face to face might be the way to go you save money but it boils down to effort time and consistency cause these home owners are getting a bunch of direct mail and yellow letters every day which more than likely end up in the garage 

hey how's everyone doing today I went door knocking and out of the two properties I went to I got in contact with one property owner me personally I think door knocking is more effective it's just putting in the time and effort
