Thanks Mark. I believe I can create an LLC in the state where I live, without the assistance of an attorney. So, you purchase all of your properties with one LLC? According to the info here, that would not offer much protection. What about the land trust?

Right now, I am looking at 4 units or less. How do I set up a land trust? Does that have to be done by and attorney and should I set that up before I purchase? Can I set up the land trust and the LLC at the same time. SO MANY QUESTIONS!!! Getting good answers here.

Good question Richard.

Thanks Jessica. Good advice.

Thanks Nathan!

Is it a good idea to hold my properties in an LLC? Should I set up a seperate one for each property that I purchase?

WoW!!! Great story!!!

Looking at a few multi-properties in C-Class areas. Are there any success stories out there with these type of properties? Would love to hear them. Thanks!!
