@Uyenchi Ho Congratulation to your 1st potential deal!

How do you find those potential motivated sellers? (distressed property??)

Looking forward seeing other people's experience sharing.

I'm recently working with Equity Transitions Inc to purchase turnkey property and already under contract. Does anyone have previous experience working with this group? Please feel free to provide any opinion.

Thanks!

Post: Where to buy rental property

Hello Everyone,

I recently do research online and within BiggerPockets' forums for rental property investment. I'm currently living in Bay Area, CA and it's my first time to do this investment. Notice that the market pricing is already went up. I made few offers previously but there was always case that people made cash offer. Can anyone suggest area/location which is still worth investing rental property?

My current strategy is buying condo in Bay Area; otherwise, single family outside the Bay Area. Any suggestion/information is appreciated.

Thanks,

Freddy

Hello John,

I appreciate your great help of providing these links for my reference.

I have read some articles online as well as TV show recently indicating that it's good time to invest land in Lancaster and Palmdale, CA. The main reasons are the population of these two cities are growing fast, there will be high speed rail station built up in Palmdale which will help local development, and finally these two cities are within 60 miles radius of LA. Giving this information, I'm willing to invest land in these two cities; however, I would like to get more feedback/input from local people/agent regarding the future of these two cities. I would appreciate any information for this topic from everyone. Thanks!

Don, Bill, and Rich, thanks for sharing your recommendation and suggestion. Then comparing bidding land with bidding house, I feel that it's much worthy to invest in house (correct me if I'm worng). However, my concern is how do you manage the house in other states (for example, FL). Thanks for your time and advise.

I'm new for land investment and would like to start bidding land online. Has anyone had this experience and is it worthy to invest in land? I'm in California and wondering does it make sense to invest land in other states.
