I hold and flip.  Some potential holds require way too much cash to get ready, so I fully rehab them for owner-occupants. If they're in decent shape or in a higher yield area, then I keep for awhile.

Being able to hold or flip can give you quite an advantage.

I started as a flipper but quickly became a buy and hold investor after realizing that there is a significant difference between both. I am consistently seeking out opportunities to expand my portfolio and building my team. I am very hands-on, so i do a lion share of the rehabs myself.
