@Steve Bracero Thank you very much for the response.  It means a lot.  I look forward to learning, and hopefully bring value to you.  Any suggestions on particular material I should review? I have read some books, and of course listen to podcast.  I am currently in the process of determining what should be my priority now.... establishing funding? or continuing to attempt to find deals?

I am a young entrepreneur in the western Massachusetts, and northern Connecticut areas attempting to cultivate intergenerational wealth through the assistance of mentorships, relationships, and partnerships in the Real Estate investing world. My goal is to have garnered enough passive income to leave my career in nine years or less. I hope I am able to bring value to others utilizing Bigger Pockets by assisting them in achieving their short term, and long term goals as well. I am open to any form of Real Estate investing as long as it makes "cents", and is appropriate to helping me establish the long term goal I have for my family of financial freedom.
