Hey James,

You don't need your license to wholesale. Get the owner to agree to sell their home to you for a certain price within a certain time frame and locate an investor who believes the deal is worth it and you've now profited from this situation without any cash. There are a ton of articles here on Wholesaling.

This may be a good wholesale opportunity - only thing is finding investors.

Hey BiggerPockets,

My name is James, and I'm serving the Los Angeles and Houston Texas Market. Our company Ward Schurr assists investors with generating returns from real estate investments in the Houston and Los Angeles California area. We currently owns 60 condominium units in Houston Texas and several multi family properties in the California area.
