@Wes Johnson that’s exactly what my thoughts were. It is inherently more risky, but I’m not trying to get work a 9-5 and pay off debt for 9-10 years. The goal is more cash flow. Wish me luck and thanks for the encouragement!

Was wondering what people’s general thoughts were on investing in real estate while paying off student debt. Is this something that should prevent you from taking on more debt to buy your first property?
