I have a lead transferring from a duty station over to the Washington state area, Mt. Vernon to be more specific. They have hard copy orders in hand and are transferring within the next month. They were trying to find a spot before hand or at least a good base to start looking. If anyone could help with locating a decent property for me. Please and thank you.

I have a lead that says she wants a white picket fence put in her back yard for her pets. I don't know the dimensions off the top of my head but I can contact her tomorrow and get them for you. Pictures too if that helps.

Brand new in establishing my real estate investing company. I was eager to get this show on the road and I see no stopping in the near future. So I have recently established my own Real Estate investing business. Right now I'm dealing with my first lead, and she is looking for some landscaping assistance. Specifically a picket fence for her newly bought home. If I could muster any assistance, in the Chesapeake, Virginia Beach area. Greatly appreciated ahead of time!

So later this month I will be visiting Than Merrill's 3-day investing workshop in Portsmouth, Va. I plan on taking this opportunity to help me start off my investing journey and from there, the sky will be the limit. As of now my main goal at least starting off is the wholesale form of investment. We'll see how things go. Looking forward to getting ahold of you guys and girls in the near future.

Update. Still no license yet, but I did make it to a real estate seminar recently and it gave me a new thinking of how I would want to go about investing. So after my workshop in January I plan to hit the ground running.

Report. I did not pass my PSI examination over the last week. I will be rescheduling my retake in 2 weeks and buying myself a study guide this time. I hope I can get passed it this time, but we will see what happens in the long run.
