Mt. Vernon, Washinton, Need help

I have a lead transferring from a duty station over to the Washington state area, Mt. Vernon to be more specific. They have hard copy orders in hand and are transferring within the next month. They were trying to find a spot before hand or at least a good base to start looking. If anyone could help with locating a decent property for me. Please and thank you.
