I have over 100 cash buyers list. I have everything at the moment to get started just was needing advise as far as reaching out to these home owners

So I just got my list from list source and county clerk, I just started wholesalling. This would be my first deal and I have over 100 address. What do you suggest I do first. Step by step.

Looking for wholesalers to connect with. So I can really get going. My girl just got her real estate license and I’m looking to go the wholesalers route. I’m learning. Any advice, real advice thanks
