alright I think we have a set date. Next Sunday in Walnut Creek. Who can make it who can’t? Location will be @ Rob’s Zombies for lunch 11:45-1pm (we were thinking). Lmk if that works or not & who can make that date/time

Aah, next Sun 8/7 is actually anniversary so unfortunately can’t make it then. Sat 8/6 at either 11am or 1:30p works better for me — otherwise happy to make the next one if Sun works better for most!

Alright, I just got back from the meet up in Palo Alto, wasn’t exactly how I envisioned it. But it was alright, I’m looking to actually exchange info & collaborate. If that’s what u guys r about as well let’s do something.

I know a few people said they were up for a east bay meet. I can do that, let’s get a date/time & set something up? Lmk… I, not very familiar w/ the EB

@Alex Case @Waleed Elgindy … I thought I saw a Waleed today @ the meet up if ide known that was u who wrote in here ide said what’s up. All good tho lmk your guys thoughts…

 Hi Benjamin,

Sorry for the late reply, been meaning to respond earlier -- yes I was there at the Palo Alto meetup last weekend. Bummer that we didn't connect there. I'm definitely down to meet and great that you can make it to the EB!  Maybe we can try to sync up in Walnut Creek?  Open to other options as well.

Thanks,

Waleed

Disregard the Mel's diner post unless u guys r up for it. I would b as well. But if not, no worries I didn't know there was a REI I'm existent. Either way lmk if u r guys input on the Thursday or not.

I had no idea there was an REI meetup planned as well. I signed up so hoping to make it there next month. I’m also down to try to meet before then but can’t make it this week unfortunately.

thanks,
waleed

Sorry I missed this as I would have loved to join. I'm not too far from WC so would love to join the next one if there are plans for another meetup!

I would definitely be interested. I'm in the East Bay (Danville) but can drive to SF or Peninsula or happy to welcome folks to the East Bay as well!

Hi everyone, I'm new to BP and investing, but am super excited to dive in and start investing this year! I'm located in the Bay Area and am interested in investing in either short- or long-term rentals in the Bay Area (looking mainly in the East Bay as it seems to be growing) -- or possibly looking into out of state investments, as cost of entry is much lower. I'm also interested in flipping homes if I can find a good deal.  Would love to meet other investors in the Bay Area -- or investors who've done out-of-state investments who can share some advice or guidance on how to get started in this crazy market.  Thanks all!
