@john Is there a distinction between eviction and foreclosing?  I assume if you have a lien and it isn't redeemed, the previous owner could still be living there, correct?

Was wondering if anyone has some really good examples of PDFs or PPTs that they have put together for investors.  Ideally, they showcase a flip - size, scope, timeline, photos, description, etc..

Appreciate any links or documents as examples!

Best,
Jeff

@Jeremy Taggart   I'm cool with partnering. Hadn't thought of that.  TY.

@John Thedford Conventional financing is probably not an option. I have a large mortgage on my credit report as is - though my credit is fine - my DTI will be all out of wack.

Thank you for the idea though.

@Ryan P. Kotschedoff

Hey Ryan - already have a house and three kids and what not.  Not an option, but love the idea and thank you for the reply.

Again I'm going for a straight flip or a BRRR.. any thoughts there?

Hey All,

I have $50,000 and little fear of getting started.  I just don't know what to do first.  I've started getting emails from wholesalers and haven't seen anything that appears to work for me.  Although I wouldn't say I'm good at analyzing deals...

So what say you? I either want to flip or BRRR... I do not want to buy and hold something that doesn't need some work. Should I go in on this alone? Find a partner? Any suggestion/direction would be greatly appreciated.

hmm.. I'm investing in syndications... I am not the syndicator.  Would you give the same answer?

What software/tools do you use to track your investments from private placement/syndication?  I'm talking about the accounting side of it.

Best,

Jeff

I'm looking to connect with property managers in Florida for potential 2-4 unit deals.  Ideally you work with them now and are happy vs. you are the property manager recommending yourself :)

Thanks in advance!
