Does anybody know of these types of accounts where there are lower charge rates? Lowest I have found so far is through Square at 2.75%.

Thanks J and Jon. I appreciate the responses. What I am trying to do is avoid having the money taxed as a gift. Is there any other way to set this up without creating a LLC? Would it be possible to open up a checking account in both parties names?

Thanks Jon. What I meant is if I don't have the capital, but have a family member who does. How do I go about legally have the money under my name or business to allow me to purchase real estate? Is the operating agreement and private placement the way to go here?

Does anybody have any experience with funding a LLC? Say that I open a LLC in XYZ state and fund it through a third party. The third party will receive a return of course. I want to use the LLC to have the capital to fund future real estate purchases. Is this possible?

Can you explain to meet what fees are you paying? I'm thinking of going with Diamond Financial Services (10% fee) or Business Finance Store (9% fee). And what specials they are offering and what it would cost you after the introductory rate expired? Thanks.

One more comment - can I get comments on where people are storing their gold/silver? I have read home vaults, banks, but have not heard anyone mention commercial vaults: http://goldnews.bullionvault.com/gold_buy_112720092

Thanks.

Can I get a poll on where people are buying their gold/silver? I was recommended this site: http://goldsilver.com/buy-online/silver/

Also, why is it that the US Mint is selling the American Eagle (1 ounce silver coin) for $45.95 when market price is only $32/ounce?

Please help.

Thanks.
