Some properties aren't retail ready. Some people don't want to show their property or put it on the mls.

What brokerages in Denver allow agents to wholesale? I was referred to Your Castle, but they don't allow it any more.

@Brenda Allen @Daniel Shaffer I did Tyler's 14 Day Challenge Course (which goes a month if you stick with it). It was totally worth the $100 to me. Install a playback control add on to your browser and watch at 2x speed if it's ever too long winded. :-)

If you were starting a wholesale business today and had a $1,000/month budget for marketing, where would you spend it?

My client is looking to add an egress window to

increase the amount of marketable square footage of a property.

Assuming everything is done well and to code, is this a good investment

and is there anything they have to do with the County (or otherwise) to

have the space 'officially' recognized? For reference...property is

located in West Highlands Denver. 800sf above ground. 800 sf basement.
