Egress window question
My client is looking to add an egress window to
increase the amount of marketable square footage of a property.
Assuming everything is done well and to code, is this a good investment
and is there anything they have to do with the County (or otherwise) to
have the space 'officially' recognized? For reference...property is
located in West Highlands Denver. 800sf above ground. 800 sf basement.
Thank you in advance for your advice!
