I bought a property earlier this year and inherited the tenants. She has been leasing the house for 6 years and he moved in a few years ago and was added to old lease and is on the lease I have with them. She calls yesterday and says she thinks they are splitting up and he is threatening he gets to keep the house. They can both afford the house individually. What steps do I take in this situation?

I would pay off the one with the highest interest rate.
