So there is tons of mobile home parks here where I live and we will be looking at our 2nd mobile home. Are they better to just flip or hold onto? Should I stick to single wides or are double wides worth it too?

I think I can run with this and make it happen. I sent my first wave out today! 

So I set up two mailing campaigns. Absentee owners and Notice of default owners as well. Is there anything I should watch out for when receiving phone calls? I'm only talking about major red flags to watch out for?

Hello BP!

I am trying to be more active on BP so here is my question.

My partner and I are almost set to start up our marketing force and excited. Our main goal is to wholesale because we don't have a lot of money but what would be the tipping point if we find a seller who still is paying a mortgage? Is it still worth it and does it become a short sale in that case? Another thing is if the deal is too good and we can easily flip it ourselves should we?

Hi everyone,

I have searched for a REIA club here in Las Cruces, New Mexico area and have not found one. I decided to reach out on BP to see if anyone on here knows if there is one here?

(I wish I new of BP before I spent a lot of money to go to these boot camps, but I definitely don't regret it because everything is a learning experience. There is so many helpful tips and the podcasts are very informative here on BP.)
