For those of you who operate funds, what marketing efforts have been successful for you? I've tapped into social media, revamped the site, and have a monthly newsletter going out. Any other suggestions? 

Anyone have any innovative strategies, success (or failure) stories, or just any general advice in attracting and connecting with institutional investors? My team is a real estate investment fund with a focus in emerging markets in the southwest. We are working to connect with more institutional investors this year and would appreciate any feedback.

Hey BP,

I had to share the big news of my team's closing on the Preserves at Aldersgate; the first project in the nation to adopt PACE financing. This mechanism pays 100% of costs through energy-saving upgrades. We are excited to use this mechanism that will ultimately yield several positive impacts that will directly benefit our future tenants. 

I appreciate how in the BP community we can share our trials as well as our successes. I've learned a lot from being on here and have enjoyed connecting with like-minded investors.

What have been some of the more effective mediums you've utilized when trying to market your real estate investment efforts? I do marketing for a real estate investment fund that is looking to grow their accredited investor base. We invest in multifamily and commercial properties in the southwest. We are working on our website and have established social media platforms. We've also committed to attend REI events on a monthly basis. Any tips outside of those would be greatly appreciated!
