I am looking to purchase some Houston properties with positive cash flow. Looking for multi family properties, but will consider SFR as well. Will be moving to TX from CA in two years, but want to start building portfolio now. So if anyone can point me in right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

can anyone recommend a private construction lender in N. CA area? I have several lots that i paid cash for and obtained building permits, but now i need construction funding for these spec homes.

Land is in LLC, and my credit score is mid 650, mostly because every hard money lender want to first run my credit and then offer me 4points fee loan at 14%int. That obviously does not work for me. So i thought i would give this a try to see if i can find a reasonbly priced lender.
