Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie. I want to do real estate investment in Orlando, Florida, mainly for AirBnb. My budget can go up to $500,000 with 25% down payment. Can you please share with me a few pros and cons when investing in Orlando, Florida?

Also, I would like to connect with a few agents in Florida to build up a team. Please let me know if you are interested.

Thank you,

Hello everyone,

I'm thinking about purchasing a property in west LA. It is a single home with two stories zone R2. Upstair has a kitchen with stove.

As mentioned, it is a single home and has no permit for the kitchen upstair. Is is ok to rent out upstair? What legal issue would I face if city finds out? Would insurance cover any damage in case anything happens?

By the way, anyone knows how much it would cost in LA to get permit to convert the house into a duplex? I checked the city website but it didn't work.

Thank you,

Hello,

Anyone in San Diego knows a reliable contractor? I'm looking for someone to help me convert a 2 car garage into an ADU.

Pricing is obviously a concern, but more importantly, I need someone reliable.

Thank you.

Hello,

I'm looking to purchase a property that currently has a tenant. When we purchase the property and provide 60 days notice, if the tenant refuses to move and during that 60 days, they commit a crime or they trip and injured themselves, am I responsible for any liability?

Thanks,

Thank you for your reply. By any chance you still remember the phone number? I tried a few phone numbers but either they don't know or no one picked up the phone.

Hello,

I'm a newbie. I'm looking at a property in Spring Valley, San Diego saying zone R-4. I know it's potential for future development. My question is can we split this land into 3 parts to build more units?

Thanks,
