Hi All, I wanted to introduce myself here and say thanks to all great contributors here to help people like me with providing wealth of information and get us started. I am new to real estate investing and trying to find good turn-key townhouse investments in Baltimore county. My goal is to buy 2 townhouses this year with decent cash-flow. I will be targeting around 11-12% cash on cash return. I am mostly looking toward class B rentals.

I am trying to find this with around 150K price range, which areas in Baltimore county would be good to start with?
