+1 - Evernest used to be called as GK houses. They managed a property of mine and I was hit with very high repair costs without any invoices each month and never could reach anyone for clarifications. Eventually sold the property after being fed up with the management.

@Prashant Kamath - Hey, I am under contract purchasing with Roofstock for a property in Grayson Valley too! @Grant Tallmadge. Anyone used gkhouses as their PM? I am very skeptical about them but Roofstock says that the rent guarantee applies only if I used Gkhouses (which is their preferred PM)

Any insights or tips is highly appreciated!
