Hi BP,

There is a recently abandoned property in my neighborhood. It was a rental. Was wondering how do I go about finding the owners address, name, telephone # as I would like to contact the owner and buy it for a rental property.

Can anyone share how they went about doing this?

My escrow is in shortfall of approx 800 bucks.

Due to insurance increases and a slight tax increase.

Do I pay un full? Or just live with the monthly increase built into new mtg payment?

Is paying full escrow a tax deduction?

Need some advice, as I dont like seeing my monthly profit decrease due to the higher monthly payment.

Please let me know your thoughts.
