Yes, it's under rehab right now so difficult to say. The range for a four bedroom is more around 1400$ though. Hopefully I'm being too conservative.

Indeed, it depends on the land I suppose. Most of them need a lot of work just to make the ground constructible. 

For the financing, I'm less worry. Since some of them are pretty inexpensive. A 50-60% down would still work.

Hello everyone,

I had this question about the tiny home regulation in Los Angeles county.

Since the city is over saturated with overpriced properties, why not buy a piece of land (in the Hollywood Hills for example) and set up a couple tiny home on it?

One could be used as a primary/secondary residence and the other one used for STR for example.
Let me know your thoughts!

Im looking for a good architect in Brooklyn, NY, for a relative simple Job:
