@John Warren this could replace a number of smaller separated deals as well as better cash flow and upside on property value. Why not push to do one larger deal?

Looking to make the jump into a 3.5M multi unit apartment complex purchase. I can probably put 15-20% down (less would be best), not looking for a partner any recommendations on where I should pursue financing the remainder?

I have two questions:

1. What pros and cons do you see with say owning multi family investment properties vs investing in a crowdfunding project with say fundrise, richuncles, cardonecapital etc?

2. Key things to look out for when taking the crowd funding or syndicated property investment path? These seem very much hands off, with committed annual rates of return with a number of variables/risk on the back end.
