Multi units vs crowdfunded RE
I have two questions:
1. What pros and cons do you see with say owning multi family investment properties vs investing in a crowdfunding project with say fundrise, richuncles, cardonecapital etc?
2. Key things to look out for when taking the crowd funding or syndicated property investment path? These seem very much hands off, with committed annual rates of return with a number of variables/risk on the back end.
