Hi

I was wondering if anyone has had trouble with the new AirBnB site.  I have a vacation rental in the Disney area.  Since AirBnB introduced the new platform with categories my views have tanked.  Historically I would have anywhere between 400-700 30 day views and was fully booked 90 days in advance.  Now it's more like 40-90 30 day views and I'm having trouble getting booked.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone.

Hi everyone.  Quick question.

I won a foreclosure auction and I am anticipating a Sheriff's Deed, but the processing time is 8-10 weeks.  Is there a way to insure the property between the end of the auction and title transfer?

Thanks in advance.

@James G.

Hi James. I just closed on my first duplex in Cleveland. Paid $120K. My insurance runs less than $600 for the year.

Sounds like a class action law suit in the making.

Hey all-

I'm looking to start buying in Indy.  I'm looking for multifamily, value-add properties.  Does anyone have any good recommendations for realtors/PM's/Contractors in the area.  If you have any recommendations of who to stay away from I'll take that too.

Thanks

Hey Tina.  I get mailings from them constantly.  Sounded a little too good to be true for my taste.  I've never seen any type lender give away money with no collateral.  They also say that it doesn't affect your credit- also seems highly unlikely since you don't borrow as a corporation.  A quick google search made me even more uneasy after reading other's experience with them.  I passed.
