I'm actually about to go to a meeting at 11:45 in Greensboro on flipping houses and buying and holding. They will be going over the same thing on Thursday here in Winston Salem at 11:45 at Logans

This was the first one for the year. They called it a work shop. But the REIA meetings are twice a week. One on Tues in Greensboro and one on Thursday in Winston Salem. Then they have a big one at the airport every 3 Thursday .

Yes. There's one in Charlotte. I'm considering. I'll get the number for you tomorrow. I meet these guys at a REIA convention here in Greensboro last week.

@Wayne Brooks. Thanks for the info. So one is acting as an agent/broker without the license and he/she collects a fee for finding the property.
