Any tips on where to find owner financing deals. I recently put one together that I found off of craigslist and now looking to find another, but haven't been able to find another for sale by owner. Should I contact RE agents and see if any of there clients would be interested? 

Hey everyone! Thanks for checking out my post. I have a great opportunity to flip a house a couple houses down from mine. I'm looking for a partner/ investor to assist in the flip. I have most of my money tied up in the purchase of a 4 family that I am closing on Oct 30th. Looking to split everything 50/50 even if you are a silent partner.

I was wondering if anyone has any experience using a commercial line of credit to purchase real estate? I don't have a LLC but could certainly create one. I was told it's possible, but was just wondering if anyone has ever done it successfully. Thanks in advance!

seems like everyone has pretty much hit it. I'm closing on a very similar 4 family Oct 30th and i made sure to get copies of leases, copies of receipts so I know tenants are paying, copy of his home insurance premium, I was able to get all tax information and receipts for repairs he has done in the last few years. 

Collin, Welcome! What part of Massachusetts are you a agent in? I'm in Western Mass and  always looking for like minded people to work with and possibly do a deal with in the future.
